To remedy these potential uncertainties, we spend time with You (the Client), the Architect, Engineer and the Qualified Consultants formulating the ‘Design Team’ that presents not only the Architectural and Structural design but meshes all facets through identifying the importance of ‘Build-ability’ factors that piece the equation together thus promoting a smooth flowing construction sequence when ready to commence construction activity on site.
We will work with you and your Consultants to prevent the unexpected, costly and time consuming variations that are unnecessarily commonplace in the building industry today. You will see a refreshing finished; quality provided product! … however, what you won’t see is a change in the price to get it there if we are involved in the pre-construction review period. Involving ALL Team members is genius in forward planning.
We will step you through all the stages of our work as it progresses and we will communicate with you every step of the way so that you will never feel left out or abandoned throughout the entire build process. You will very quickly notice how well organised our project sites are through cleanliness; well organised materials; site sheds; temporary fencing and signage and the general view from the street will show you that your site is being managed well. Trispec prides ourselves in perfectionistic presentation from ‘Possession of Site’ to Handover. Unless you (our valued Client) request changes to the build design, then variations to the contract works should be non-existent. With Trispec you will soon identify the absence of costly variations and time over-runs. Again..it is all in the planning!

TRISPEC works as a team member in design. There is no such thing as ‘The Designers’ on one side of the cliff with the builder on the other with the great divide between. We create the bridge to form a bond in establishing a unified team effort producing driven and positive outcomes. TRISPEC has the experience to work with you (as the Client) in creating design concepts and establishing parameters to work within budget restraints.

TRIPSEC is all about management. We carefully program sequential events/tasks and identify and target important milestones to establish critical pathways within the structure of the program. Through involvement at conceptual stages we have already built the project many times over. We understand the tasks and the costs involved, therefore we can present real time programming and achieve realistic budgets.
